About us

Making clean cutouts boring and free

We built bgclear.ai because background removal shouldn't be a paywall. The web tool is free, and you can download an HD transparent PNG without a watermark.

Tools for everyday image work

bgclear.ai helps you prepare product photos, portraits, and logos without manually tracing each edge. Our background remover uses InSPyReNet to separate a subject from its background.

Download a transparent PNG, choose a background color, or keep editing. For animated images, our GIF resizer and compressor run in your browser without uploading the file.

The web tools are free. Developers can buy API credit packs for automated workflows, with no subscription. See our API pricing for the current options and our public stats for recorded usage.

Our mission

Empower creators with image tools that are fast, accurate, and free. No watermarks. No daily caps. No upsell wall in the middle of your work.
