Service enquiries are stored in our private admin database so we can review and follow up on your project. We also send the enquiry to our team by email using Resend. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. You can ask us to delete your enquiry by contacting the address below.

3. Image Processing and Storage

The GIF resizer and compressor process your files locally in your browser; they do not upload your GIFs. Background removal sends your image to our processing servers. Files not linked to an account are eligible for cleanup after six hours and are checked hourly. Cutout results saved to your account remain available in your image history; original uploads and developer API result files have a separate 24-hour cleanup. Cleanup may be delayed if the service cannot verify which files belong to accounts. Download files you need to keep, and contact us to request deletion of stored images. Browser history and preferences may also be saved on your device and can be cleared through your browser’s site-data controls.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances: with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, to protect our rights, or with service providers who assist us in operating our service.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use HTTPS for the website and access controls for accounts and administration. No online service can guarantee complete security.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We use local storage and session storage for features such as sign-in, editor preferences, and traffic attribution. Google Analytics and Ahrefs Analytics help us understand site usage. Google Ads measures advertising activity. Tool events describe actions such as starting a GIF conversion or requesting a download; we do not include GIF contents or filenames in these events. You can manage cookies and site data in your browser.

We use Google AdSense to display advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on previous visits to this and other websites. Hosting and delivery providers process requests to operate the site, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers service emails.
