Can I use bgclear images commercially?
Short answer
Yes. Everything you create with bgclear is yours to use anywhere — online shops, ads, client work, print — at no cost and with no attribution required. The only condition is that you have the right to use the photo you upload.
That applies to the free website and to the API alike; there is no separate commercial licence and no per-use fee beyond API credits. The terms of service spell it out.
Copyright in the source photo is unaffected: removing a background from someone else's image does not make it yours, so use your own photos or licensed stock.
